A researcher of issues related to Deferance and National Security -the main topic of his doctoral thesis- he has pursued several post -graduate courses and published essays on poliology and national and international security; global economy and finances; diplomacy and history; managament and training of human resources; innovation in information procurement and analysis production in various areas of knowledge; and introduction and aplication of new technologies.
